Hell yeah! Here's the catch though. Since I'm just starting out as a small artist, I will only be providing domestic shipping within the United States. I hope to one day extend my reach internationally, but as of now, I hope you can understand the struggles of a small artist trying to figure it all out :P
There is a 30-day grace period to ship and return the item(s) you purchased. If an item is returned within the 30-day time frame, a full refund will be issued. After 30 days, the item will not be eligible for any type of refund.
Sorry to get short and blunt with you. It's just business ;) and I’d like to think we can tell each other anything, so don’t hate me when I say the cost of the return shipment must be paid by the sender.
The item must not be worn excessively, be damaged, or be altered in any way. Return the item with the original packing slip and in the original packaging.
If an item is damaged in transit, please send an email with photos and a short description of your problem to shopmaddness@gmail.com. Use the subject line “transit damage” in your email. You have 2 choices in this case.
